After a rollicking few years running the Bubba Mac Shack in Somers Point and, later, on the Ocean City Boardwalk, Herbert (Mac) Birch III continues serving the jersey shore as a licensed Real Estate Agent. Mac brings the same enthusiasm and loyalty to renting and selling homes as he brought to welcoming and serving his devoted customers at the Shack.  After all, both the Shack and Ocean City properties are the same ultimate product:  wonderful memories of time spent “down the shore.” Mac is very familiar with Ocean City memories as he spent the first 30 years of his life summering here.
