I am very fortunate to be with Grace Realty, located on the beach and boardwalk in Ocean City, where I am a full-time agent.  After over 26 years of state government service, I decided to focus my energy on something that I really excel at – REAL ESTATE sales and rentals.

I have been practicing as a Real Estate Appraiser (Certified) since 1998 and have completed thousands of appraisal assignments.  An appraiser has the unique ability to quickly pin-point property values and to understand market trends that impact home sales.  These skills are critical in properly pricing listings for my sellers, while negotiating the lowest possible purchase prices for my buyers.  I became fully licensed as a Sales Agent in 2004 and have closed many transactions since.
