After receiving my Realtor license in 2004 I have been continuing my education. In 2010 I received my Brokers License which has afforded me even more knowledge in this ever changing Real Estate Market.
I have been fortunate to have been the recipient of the Distinguished Circle of Excellence Award for the last 13 years. In 2019 I received the Distinguished Sales Award for Top Producing.. I am always striving to be the best Realtor I can be. I pride myself on being honest, hardworking and fair. In 2021 I was fortunate enough to start my own group, I have a Realtor of the year on my team (Anne Gallagher) and my daughter (Lyndsey Jackson) who just got licensed. This affords me to be able to give more focus to my clients than ever before!
As far as for my listing clients, having owned my own local restaurant for over 10 years I know what it takes to succeed, I know how important advertising is and the benefits of the best marketing available. I am experienced in pricing, negotiating and getting my clients to the closing table with as little stress to them as possible. I am highly knowledgeable about not only Cape May County Real Estate but Atlantic County as well, thus affording me the ability to service clients in both markets.
I have lived in Upper Township since 1990 with my husband and 2 children. My hobbies are competitive surf fishing (which I hold several titles in) and spending time with my family. I am a member of South Jersey and Cape May County Realtor Boards, and serves as Vice President for our surf fishing organization which promotes "Hooked on fishing not on Drugs".
